Everyone knows how streaky St. Louis has been this season. They are currently on one of those streaks where they can’t seem to win a game. The Blues are 2-6-2 in their last 10 games but face a team in San Jose tonight that they’ve had success against. The Sharks are 5-16 in the last 21 meetings with St. Louis and are 2-7 in their last nine games inside the Enterprise Center. Neither team is playing great hockey right now but I’ll put my money on a Blues team that has shown the ability to win games despite their roller coaster of a season.

Avalanche -165

You’ll have to lay some juice with Colorado but I’m the Juice Man, so it doesn’t bother me. Los Angeles comes into this game on a four-game winning streak, while the Avalanche are 7-2-1 in its last 10 games. These are two solid squads going at it tonight but trying to win your fifth straight game on the road in Colorado? That’s a tough task. The Kings have struggled inside Ball Arena going just 1-5 in their last six matchups. They’ve also managed just one win against Colorado over the last 10 meetings. The value most likely is with Los Angeles but I can see an Avalanche team wanting to put a fork in the Kings’ winning streak on home ice.

Coyotes +145 (0.5u)

The over in this Nashville/Arizona is also a play I’d consider making considering what the Coyotes have done in net as of late. But we love to take one under dog per day and this is my favorite dog play of the day. Don’t count out this Arizona team tonight. They’ve won 15 of their 22 games at home this season and are 9-3 at home in the last 12 meetings with the Predators. The home team has also gone 45-20 in the last 65 matchups in this series, so with Arizona playing much better at home, I’ll take a half-unit shot with them tonight against Nashville.
