College football is coming this week, and there is a lot of excitement among the Kota Cappers for this. We have brought in 5 knowledgeable and passionate college football fans and bettors together to create the first season of the Kota Capper College Football Central Show. Each week, the cappers will discuss college football news, as well as give their betting picks on 10-15 different games every week. To keep things interesting, each of the cappers each week will select a lock of the week, as well as an upset of the week, and a week-by-week record will be kept for the cappers.
The first episode of the show will drop later on this week. With very minimal games to show for Week 0, the Cappers will be discussing the dark horses in each conference, Heisman predictions as well as value picks when betting on the Heisman winner, odds to win several of the FBS conferences, and players to watch this season.
Let’s meet the cappers that will be a part of the show this season:
- Pace Maier: Pace is a North Dakota State fan and graduate. Pace is also a guy to bring in expertise on the “in the weeds” games. He will focus a lot on non-power 5 conferences, as well as give insight on the ACC this season.
- Brandon Russell: Brandon is a West Virginia University alum and fan, as well as a South Dakota State fan (as of last year). Brandon will bring a lot of news and expertise on the Big 12 this season.
- Josh Campbell: Josh is a Minnesota Gopher fan and also a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa. Josh is known as “West Coast Campbell” apparently by many, so he will be bringing in news and expertise of the PAC-12 this season.
- DJ Loutsch: DJ is an Iowa Hawkeye fan and a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa. DJ will be bringing in news and expertise of the SEC this season.
- Kyle Kommes: Kyle is an Iowa Hawkeye and Oklahoma Sooner fan, and a graduate of Morningside College (a NAIA school). Kyle will be bringing in news and expertise of the Big 10 this season.
We got an electric and knowledgeable group on tap this year for the show. Be sure to tune in to our first episode later on this week. May the college football bets be in your favor!
